1.1. Who are we? We are Midpoint & Transfer Limited (Midpoint) a payment institution authorised by the FCA and registered in England (number 06302237). Our registered address is 26 Finsbury Square, London, EC2A 1DS.

1.2. What these terms cover. These are not the full Terms and Conditions, standard terms relating to your use of Midpoint and your account apply and are not affected in any way by this offer. To read the Midpoint Terms and Conditions.

1.3. Use of the service. Midpoint will match foreign exchange orders ("Orders") with others with reciprocal currency needs (a "Match Order") and forward payment instructions to Earthport Plc ("Payment Processor") on the User's behalf ("the Service").

1.4. Who can use the service. Anyone over 18 years of age with a bank account can register; including businesses, private individuals, registered charities and associations except for speculative Foreign Exchange (Fx) trading. You will be authorised according to the appropriate Anti-Money-Laundering regulations in your country of domicile. Country and currency restrictions apply. 1.5. Who can collect Avios on Midpoint? Members of the British Airways Executive Club can now collect Avios on Midpoint.com. This offer is applicable to new Midpoint customers only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other new customer promotion or offer.

2.1. How do I collect Avios? To collect Avios go to Midpoint.com/Avios, enter your British Airways Executive Club membership number and last name and follow the registration instructions. If gaming of the offer is found, Midpoint reserves the right to cancel this promotion and remove any other promotions from the customer’s account.

2.2. How many Avios will I collect? Customers will collect 1 Avios per £10 transferred. Regardless of the currency you trade, Avios will be calculated against a base rate of 1 Avios for every £10 (or equivalent in other currencies) that you transfer at Midpoint.com. Additional bonus Avios might apply during promotions. There is no limit to the amount transferred however there is maximum of 100,000 Avios points awarded per account per year.

2.3. How quick will Avios be awarded? Avios will be awarded to your account within 30 days of funding date and they will only be awarded if the order is fulfilled.

2.4. Cancelled orders and retrospective claims. Any cancelled orders will not qualify for Avios and retrospective claims are not permitted.

2.5. What do I do if my Avios are missing? For missing Avios please email avios@midpoint.com.

2.5. Make sure your ‘Last name’ is correct. To prevent issues with your Avios being awarded please make sure to register using the ‘Last name’ used as your ‘Last name’ on your British Airways Executive Club account. If these details do not match your government issued ID please get in touch with the British Airways Executive Club to update.
