Time limits for group bookings

How to complete and pay for your booking

• A 20% non-refundable deposit two weeks after you’ve made your booking will secure your flights.
• You just need to complete payment for your group eight weeks before departure.
• You can pay for your booking by credit or debit card without incurring any additional surcharges.

Making changes to your booking

• You can change your travel dates or upgrade to the next travel class (if available), for an extra charge.

• You can change names in your group, free of charge, before tickets have been issued. When tickets have been issued, you can still change names for a fee. Exceptions may apply by country, so please contact us for more information.
