3. All holiday prices where stated are “from” and are in GBP per person based on 2 adults sharing (unless otherwise stated) inclusive of all airport taxes, fees and charges, this is the “Holiday Price”. Additional resort/hotel fees, taxes and service charges may apply.
4. Holiday Prices include (i) one return flight in economy (World Traveller for long haul flights or Euro Traveller for short haul flights) per person, unless otherwise stated, from either London Heathrow, London Gatwick, London City or Stansted Airport to selected destinations as stated below – “Flights”; and either (ii) a minimum of one nights’ two-star accommodation - “Hotel” and/or (iii) a minimum of Mini category of car - “Car”. The Flight and the Hotel/Car are collectively referred to as the “Holiday Package(s)”.
5. Holiday Prices stated are inclusive of airport taxes, fees, carrier charges correct as of 19 December 2019 and any unavoidable surcharges. Additional resort/hotel fees, taxes and service charges may apply. Flight and car Holiday Packages stated based on drivers aged 30-70 years. Prices are subject to change.
6. Holiday Package prices are updated every 24 to 48 hours, are accurate when published and may vary upon reaching subsequent pages. Availability may be extremely limited particularly during peak periods.
7. Advertised Holiday Packages must be booked between 00:01 GMT 19 December 2019 and 23:59 GMT 30 January 2020 inclusive for travel to selected destinations and between selected dates as stated below.
a. Dubai holidays- advertised price includes World Traveller return flights from London Heathrow to Dubai Airport and a minimum of three nights 4* accommodation in Dubai, on room only board basis, for travel on selected dates between 01.05.20 - 31.05.20 inclusive.
8. Alternative Holidays Packages, destinations, travel periods are available on ba.com but may not be available at a promotional price.
9. To book Holiday Packages, you are invited to use the “Flight + Hotel” or “Flight + Car” search option on ba.com. Hotels or cars added to flights after a flight has been booked will not be eligible.
10. Holiday package amendment and cancellation fees vary and are set-out at the time of booking.
11. If you pay the Holiday Package using a corporate credit card billed in the UK, you will be charged a fee of 1% (up to a maximum of £20 per person, per transaction).
12. Holiday packages are protected under British Airways Holidays Ltd by the Civil Aviation Authority, ATOL number 5985.
