Terms and Conditions

Avis

  1. This Promotion is open to British Airways Executive Club (BAEC) Members (“Eligible Participants”).
  2. To Participate, Eligible Participants must rent an Avis vehicle within the rental car group C or above and minimum of 3 days. (“Eligible Rentals”).
  3. The Eligible Avis Rental must be booked between 00:01 31 May 2022 and 23:59 28 June 2022; and picked up between 00:01 1 September 2022 and 23:59 31 October 2022.
  4. Eligible Rentals must be made using a British Airways/Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) number: Gold members N744400; Silver members N744300; Bronze members N284300; Blue members N744100.
  5. Reservations made on ba.com (post-login) and carhire-ba.com (with British Airways Executive Club passenger type selected) or with the British Airways Call Centre will automatically have the correct AWD embedded in the rental.
  6. To collect Avios the Eligible Rentals must include the British Airways Executive Club membership number of the first named driver (the “renter”). The BAEC account number must be given at time of rental.
  7. Valid for all participating rental locations globally. Offer subject to vehicle availability.
  8. Eligible Rentals will receive 2.5 bonus Avios in addition to the standard award of 5 Avios per £1 spent, equalling 7.5 Avios per £1 spent on qualifying rentals.
  9. If the rental is not paid in £ sterling, then the currency will be changed to £ sterling at the Avis Exchange rate applicable on date of rental commencement (the date the car is collected). The final rental value used to calculate the Avios award will exclude any charges for damage (actual damage charges or insurance excesses charged due to damage) and will exclude all taxes.
  10. This Avios bonus is not valid on Prestige, Van or Chauffeur Drive rentals worldwide.
  11. Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other coupon, promotion or mileage offer.
  12. The awarding of Avios may take up to 8 weeks from date of rental.
  13. This promotion is subject to the Avis and British Airways Partnership Terms and Conditions available at carhire-ba.com.
  14. This promotion and all Avios issued are subject to Executive Club Terms and Conditions.
  15. Renter must meet standard Avis age, driver and credit requirements.

  1. This British Airways Executive Club Avios promotion (the “Promotion”) is available to those who are members of both IHG One Rewards and British Airways Executive Club the “Eligible Member”).
  2. The Promotion allows Eligible Members to earn 1,000 Bonus Avios per Two Night Qualifying Stay at InterContinental® Hotels & Resorts, Regent® Hotels & Resorts, Kimpton® Hotels & Restaurants, Hotel Indigo®, HUALUXE® Hotels and Resorts, Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts, Holiday Inn®, Holiday Inn Express®, Holiday Inn Club Vacations® and Holiday Inn Resort®, EVEN®, voco™, avid™, Staybridge Suites® and Candlewood Suites® hotels. Bonus Avios are awarded in addition to base Avios.
  3. Eligible bookings for this Promotion must be made from 31 May 2022 to 31 August 2022* with a check-in date on or after 31 May 2022 and check-out on or before 31 August 2022. Maximum Avios award is 15,000 Avios during this Promotion.
  4. British Airways Executive Club Members need to register as an IHG One Rewards member, and select British Airways as their earning preference located in their IHG One Rewards My Account prior to check-in.
  5. Eligible bookings must be made through official British Airways channel or via ihg.com/babonus at participating IHG® Hotels and Resorts.
  6. Rooms are available at participating InterContinental Hotels Group hotels in select destinations around the world. Rates are limited and subject to availability. Promotion available at participating hotels only.
  7. Rate details may vary by region and by participating hotel. Any unused components of the rate are non-refundable. No retroactive base Avios or bonus Avios will be awarded for nights stayed prior to IHG One Rewards enrolment or Promotion enrolment. Blackout dates may apply. Rates are per room, per night, and extra person charges and rollaway bed charges may apply. Other restrictions may apply. Rates do not include taxes, gratuities, or incidental charges, including food and beverages.
  8. A stay is one or more consecutive nights at the same hotel regardless of frequency of check-in/checkout.
  9. In case that two or more than two Eligible Members check-in the same one room at the same time, Avios will only be credited to the same account of one of such members who made the booking.
  10. Eligible Avios will be deposited to the Eligible Member’s British Airways Executive account in 4-6 weeks.
  11. If any Eligible Member is found conducting fraud or misusing regarding this Promotion, IHG One Rewards has the full right and discretion to withdraw the rewards to such Eligible Member or even close the IHG One Rewards account of such Eligible Member.
  12. IHG One Rewards reserves the right to, at any time, and with or without the prior notification, cancel, terminate or amend the Promotion or these terms.
  13. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion and has no cash value.

  4. During the booking process, the customer must provide their British Airways Executive Club membership Number. If an incorrect membership number is entered, the Avios may not be awarded.
  5. Only Avios can be collected, not tier points.
