Terms and Conditions
- This promotion is only open to Eligible Participants. An Eligible Participant is a person aged 18 or over and is a British Airways Executive Club (“BAEC”) Member (membership Terms and Conditions apply).
- By taking part in this promotion, Eligible Participants confirm that they accept these Terms and Conditions.
- Offer is available for new bookings made between 4 February 2022 and 4 March 2022 (“Promotional Period”) for stays completed up to and including 31 October 2022.
- The collection rate of Avios for Hotels.com bookings during the promotional period is 6 Avios per £1 spent with Hotels.com Rewards and 12 Avios per £1 without Hotels.com Rewards.
- To be eligible for this promotion, members must make their reservation and enter their British Airways Executive Club number in the “Avios membership number” field on the Hotels.com payments page at the time of booking.
- You will only earn the higher Avios levels if you do not create or log in to your Hotels.com account. You must complete the booking as a guest.
- If a reward night is redeemed, Avios will only be awarded on the balance of payment above the reward night, excluding taxes and fees.
- Offer is subject to availability, advanced reservation is required.
- Avios are calculated per £1 spent (or equivalent) and awarded only on the cost of the hotel minus relevant taxes, fees and charges on completed stays (not cancellations) and will be awarded 6-8 weeks after your completed stay.
- If after 6 weeks you have not received your Avios please view where you can complete a NAP missing Avios form that will then be picked up by the dedicated team. - Bonus Avios is non-redeemable for cash.
