Terms and Conditions
- To collect Avios with eRewards, you must be enrolled with eRewards and collecting Opinion Points for surveys completed online. Enrol by visiting e-rewards.co.uk and selecting British Airways Executive Club Avios as your chosen Reward Points conversion partner.
- Please allow 35 days when converting your eRewards Opinion Points to Avios, for your Avios to be credited to your British Airways Executive Club Account.
- Once you have converted Opinion Points into Avios, it cannot be reversed or undone.
- A Welcome Bonus of 600 bonus Avios is available for eRewards customers converting their Opinion Points to Avios for the first time, effective 1 August 2019.
- Full British Airways Executive Club Terms and Conditions apply. British Airways reserves the right to terminate or modify the programme in accordance with the programme rules.
- You must be a British Airways Executive Club member to convert your Opinion Points to Avios. If you are not an Executive Club Member, you can join for free.
- Both the e-Rewards programme account first and last name and the Executive Club account must be exactly the same name. If you need to update your e-Rewards programme account name, please log into your e-Rewards account at e-rewards.co.uk.
