Mallorca’s first golf resort, Sheraton Mallorca Arabella Golf Hotel is bordered by four golf courses. Not just for golfing enthusiasts, the hotel also offers two pools, a spa and clubs for children and tweens.
Sat within a golf park, the hotel is surrounded by the lush Son Vida golf course and the Executive Course of Son Quint. To mix up your practise even further, Son Muntaner and the nine-hole Palama Pitch and Putt golf courses are both under a mile away by foot – though a shuttle runs to all four courses. The island’s capital Palma is around five miles from the hotel, where you’ll find the old town, Catedral de Mallorca, and – if you travel a further three miles – its sandy beach. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 12 miles away.
Housed in a traditional Mediterranean villa style building, rooms are neutral but warm, with orange furnishings and dark wooden furniture – they also feature toiletries from the spa. Upgrading provides more space, and ‘view’ rooms look out to the pool or golf courses.

Two outdoor pools – one suitable for families, are surrounded by sun loungers and palm trees.
Using award-winning products by Germaine de Capuccini, the Shine Spa offers treatments to reawaken the face and body, as well as Ayurdevic and beauty treatments. The spa also provides a Turkish bath, sauna, Jacuzzi and indoor pool which looks out to the gardens. Children under 16 years are allowed in the Shine Spa area from 10:00 to 16:00, when accompanied by an adult. Open 24-hours, the fitness centre is located in the garden and is equipped with Technogym equipment, free weights, fresh towels and water.
The Arabella Kids’ Club entertains younger guests from three to seven with themed days and a comprehensive timetable of activities, including face painting, arts and crafts, water games and competitions. There’s an Arabella Tweens Club too, for those ages 8 to 12.
Dining information
The hotel’s main restaurant Es Carbó, offers breakfast and dinner with local produce and views over Son Vida Golf Course. For lunch and dinner, La Bodega del Green specialises in Spanish tapas – tuck into gazpacho, Iberico ham and seasonal vegetables paired with wine, as well as main meals showcasing meats and seafood. Bar 18+uno, located in the lobby, serves coffee and evening cocktails.
