Special perks of staying in the Haute Living Selection include access to an exclusive private lounge, open daily from 10:00 to 23:00. You can relax here with a book, magazine or tablet and choose from a variety of canapés, cocktails or soft drinks for your refreshment. Additionally, express check-in/check-out and dedicated concierge staff all serve to make your hotel experience stress-free. Other shared facilities include the vast family swimming pool, heated seasonally, which is the perfect spot for everyone to unwind, as well as adult-only and family-friendly zones on the Blue Flag beach and in each restaurant.

Domes also offers an array of facilities from tennis courts to a VR games room for 12 to 16 year olds, exciting excursions that can be booked in resort and an outdoor cinema and mini museum. The Core, open a few days each week, is a unique pop-up recreational zone, which blends leisure, art, action and gastronomy. The area is home to deli and street food stalls that sit alongside art exhibitions and a fashion runway. Wellness activities are hosted in the botanical gardens, and staff oversee a kids’ indoor and outdoor adventure playground.

Additionally, adults can enjoy the serene adult-only swimming pool and pool bar. There is also a tranquil spa, offering an assortment of wellness and relaxion areas: a black mosaic freshwater pool, Jacuzzi, steam bath, laconium, tepidarium and the beauty hairdresser salon. However, in-room pampering treatments are available for those who prefer to retreat to their rooms. There’s even an open-air fitness pavilion with Technogym equipment and personal training available (charges apply for personal training). 

Meanwhile, the complimentary, Ofsted-accredited KiEPOS kids’ club caters for children ages 4 to 12 with enriching daily activities – including the opportunity to plant their own herbs, vegetables and flowers in the resort gardens. The complimentary club for teenagers is for teens ages 12 - 16 years old. They can hang out in the arcade room or enjoy a range of sporty activities such as SnookSoccer. There’s American pool, table Tennis, and table Football, as well as a graffiti wall, board gaming corner and open-air theatre shows. There’s also a creche, run by fully trained childcare specialists.

Dining information

All tastes and appetites are impeccably catered for at Domes of Elounda. Thólos is the elegant main restaurant, perfect for relaxed dining and sampling authentic Cretan and Mediterranean fare. It is where breakfast and Half Board dinners are served, overlooking the stunning Spinalonga and the gulf of Mirabello. Blend steakhouse will get your taste buds tingling; or take in the stunning setting while tucking into award-winning seafood creations in the Greek Topos 1910, where you can dine on the romantic pier or breathtaking beach. Otherwise, savour elevated Greek cuisine with panoramic views at Frureo.

For drinks, head to the Yaosai Pool Bar for refreshing iced cocktails. There’s also a second pool bar – located by the exclusive Domes Plaza Pool – and the Grand Domes Lobby Bar opens from morning to midnight, serving mixed cocktails, premium spirits, Cretan wines and more.

The half board package includes a buffet breakfast and dinner in Tholos. If you’re staying in Haute Living Selection accommodation for seven nights or more, you can also dine around with a three-course a la carte dinner at Blend Steakhouse once per stay, a three-course a la carte dinner at Topos 1910 once per stay, and a three-course set menu at The CORE once per stay. Drinks are not included in either package.

The full board package includes a buffet breakfast (with a la carte options) in Blend, a three-course lunch in any a la carte restaurant (reservations required, exclusions apply), and buffet dinners in Tholos. Drinks not included.

In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19) there will be a pre-arrival housekeeping menu available to offer flexible arrangements if required, otherwise housekeeping will be offered every second day. All restaurants will offer an a la carte service only and reservations will be required. Reservations are also required at the kids’ club, which will operate outdoors only.
