Exclusively for the use of the hotel's guests, the SPA Vitanova extends the invigorating benefits of Thalassotherapy, a modern fitness centre and a range of treatments to stimulate your senses and soothe your soul. Try a couples suite for a pampering experience, while the kids can relax in their very own treatment room. Access to the spa is at an additional cost, or complimentary with the Premium All Inclusive package. Please note that families with kids aged 4-12 are welcome to use the spa from 11:00 until 13:00 but there is an adult-only policy in place from 13:00 onwards.

The resort hosts several pools, two of which are heated. There's several saltwater pools for adults, four outdoor Jacuzzis, four children’s pools, two pool bars and complimentary sun loungers and umbrellas. If you're looking to keep active, make the most of the resort's sporting facilities. Enjoy a game of volleyball on the sand, head to the court for basketball and to the pitch for football.

Castleland is ideal for children aged 4-12 years. This kid-friendly area of the hotel offers an indoor kids' play area with soft play, interactive games, arts and crafts and plenty of sporting activities. Mascots Tagorin and Princesa Aurora will entertain your little ones and guide them through a programme of various activities each day. There are also babysitting services available for an additional charge. Adjacent to Castleland, you'll find a mini-5D cinema (temporarily closed), seating up to four people. Please note that only one use per person, per stay is included and reservations must be made via the hotel's app.

The restaurants offer a selection of Canarian, Spanish and international delicacies. Las Colorada is the main buffet restaurant. You'll find an adult-only area within this eatery offering themed dinners nightly with varied menus. Meanwhile, Restaurant Sansofe Lounge offers a la carte dining with a premium wine list. This venue is open daily to all for lunch and only open on Fridays for an adult-only dinner service (not included in all-inclusive or half board packages). The Pool Bar La Cascada serves hamburgers, hot dogs and sandwiches. You can choose from indoor or terrace seating at Terraza Sport Bar, which screens sporting events. Before dancing the night away at Bar Salon Castillo, open until 01:00 and serving a wide array of refreshing cocktails and assorted beverages to quench your thirst, along with live music and a disco.
