The Merton Hotel is home to a unique Aquadome, which is complete with winding flumes, a swimming pool, a lazy river and water fountains. Outside, there’s a FlowRider wave simulator and a heated outdoor pool. The hotel grounds include a fitness centre, sauna, steam room and a hot tub, too. There’s also a multi-sports ball court, where you can play football, basketball and tennis.

The Merton Hotel offers fun activities and entertainment for children at the kids’ club. There's a full entertainment programme catered to all ages, providing an array of nightly scheduled acts. Please note that supplementary local charges may apply for some facilities. The kids' club and entertainment programme is operated seasonally.

The Belvedere is the hotel’s main restaurant, serving daily buffet breakfasts and dinners. Start your day here with fresh pastries, omelettes, or hearty full English options such as hash browns, cooked tomatoes, sausages and scrambled eggs. Three-course buffet dinners feature a generous selection of classic British favourites and popular dishes from around the world; and a special roast dinner menu is available on Sundays at lunchtime.

If you’re craving classic American fare, head to Jersey Joe's Diner, a 1950's American style restaurant, which serves burgers, jumbo hotdogs and Southern fried chicken. For afters, indulge in creamy milkshakes, ice cream sundaes or sweet pancakes. Bonetti's is ideal for a more intimate dinner. Their a la carte menu contains classic Italian and seasonal dishes – including a selection of house specialities – and there’s a separate wine list. You can dine inside the spacious atrium or on the outdoor terrace, which overlooks the gardens.

The poolside Cascades Café Bar serves light snacks and drinks throughout the day, and their modern Lobby Bar is the perfect setting for afternoon tea. You can grab evening drinks, accompanied by entertainment, in the Star Room.    

Enjoy the lively atmosphere at Trunk Social Club, a thrilling sports bar with games such as pool, darts, board games, shuffleboard and table tennis. Join in with a number of events such as fancy dress, bathtub racing, competitions and more. You can also catch the latest sporting events from around the world on the screen here, accompanied by the fully stocked bar and food menu.

Guests on half board will be served in the Belvedere Restaurant. Reservations are required for restaurants where dining times may be staggered, and operating hours may be amended. Reservations are also required to access the gym, and this can be arranged at the Aquadome reception.
