SALT bakery serves freshly roasted coffee 24 hours a day and is the ideal place to tuck into homemade pastries, while The Restaurant shuns buffet dining in favour of fresh meals, which are marinated and slow cooked with care.

The three on-site bars also mean that refreshments are never too far away.

is the place to go for the best craft beers. The Beach Bar, on the white sands of Palmar beach, freshly prepares Mauritian snacks and lagoon-inspired cocktails featuring homegrown fruits and herbs. While the fabulous views at the rooftop bar steal the show. Here the bartenders will mix up cocktails reflecting the mountains of the island.
