This property features a large swimming pool complimented by palm filled gardens and cabana terraces, and an adults-only rooftop  sundeck and infinity pool. For total relaxation, visit the adult-only spa complete with eleven treatment rooms, a sauna, steam room and fitness centre. Little ones can be entertained in the children's playroom and family apartments are available.

The Premium Experience includes in-suite check-in, or check-in at the Jacaranda Lounge & Club with a welcome drink. You can also check-in early from 09:00 (subject to availability, request required 48 hours in advance). You’ll also receive complimentary indoor parking and exclusive access to the Jacaranda Lounge & Club, offering an a la carte breakfast, access to the infinity pool and solarium, as well gourmet light bites and healthy shots. You’ll also receive in-suite amenities by Guerlain, a stocked mini bar with selected complimentary beverages (such as soft drinks and beer), unlimited access to the Laurea Spa, newspapers on request, pool butler service, check-out at the Jacaranda Club & Lounge with a farewell drink, and the option for late check-out until 22:00 (subject to availability, request required 48 hours in advance).

If you’re staying in a Pool Ocean Suite you can also receive assistance at Madeira International Airport with access to premium lounges, in-room breakfast at no additional cost, complimentary unpacking and packing service (term of responsibility required) and access to the GEPA (Guest Experience Personal Assistant) service.

Hibiscus Restaurant serves a fresh breakfast beneath a stunning gold hibiscus light installation. At similarly floral themed Orchidaceae Atelier, you can also enjoy a buffet breakfast, as well as a buffet or set menu dinner. Tuck into pizzas and grilled specialities at Alameda Restaurant and indulge in an all-day brunch and Portuguese snacks at Pau de Lume. In the evenings, Galáxia Skyfood serves international flavours under an illuminated ceiling – you’ll find the Galáxia Skybar at this rooftop venue, too. 

The half and full board packages include a dining credit which can be used towards a dinner at the resort, or at additional Savoy Signature resorts in Madeira; Saccharum, Savoy Gardens, Royal Savoy, NEXT, and Calheta Beach. Please note that on occasion half board guests may be offered a set menu in an alternative restaurant to those traditionally on rotation (Hibiscus or Orchidaceae). Reservations are required and subject to availability.

In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19) all restaurants will offer an a la carte service, during breakfast, individual packs and ‘grab and go’ meals will be available. There is a reduced capacity in the bars and restaurants, so there will be a meal rotation schedule in place. There is a 50% reduction in capacity for both the indoor and outdoor pools and sunbeds will be placed in pairs. Access to the hotel’s spa will require a reservation. A turn down service will be available on request only.
