Days at Domes Miramare can be spent on the private 600-metre-long pebbled beach. The resort’s open beachfront concept allows you to effortlessly step out into the Ionian Sea, a few footsteps from your room. If you want to cool down, find a shady Mediterranean setting in the century-old olive tree garden or head to the elevated beach, where you can participate in a range of water sports. You’ll find plenty of loungers, umbrellas and floating sofas, but you can also relax on one of the long wooden piers.

Try yoga under the olive trees, work out with a personal trainer in the indoor or outdoor gym and take a dip in one of the resort’s pristine sea-facing swimming pools.
