The Restaurant and Lounge is located beside the beach, and serves fresh breakfast, lunch in the poolside lounge, afternoon cocktails and canapes, as well as candlelit dinners, accompanied by steel drum, calypso and jazz bands. Seasonal cuisine is sourced from the resort’s own organic gardens.

We strongly recommend that transfers are booked in this destination. Transfers are included at Hermitage Bay when staying for three nights or more but for shorter stays, transfers must be booked as additional items, for which separate vouchers will be required.
