Group travel

Arranging a group booking, however large or small, can be challenging but we can make it easier for you.

This information is an overview of our group travel service when you start your journey in the UK. If your journey starts in any other country the service may differ. Wherever you are travelling from, call us to speak to one of our experts and let us help you arrange your trip.

Benefits of booking as a group

  • A dedicated groups team to look after you.
  • Book your flights up to 50 weeks in advance paying only a 20% deposit.
  • Pay the balance for your flights eight weeks before you travel.
  • Enjoy the flexibility to tell us who is travelling up to two weeks before departure.
  • Advance seat assignment by us so we can seat your group members together where we can.
  • A dedicated group check-in or individual check-in at our airport kiosk.

  • Once you have completed your booking we will send you our full terms and conditions.
  • We will secure your flights for two weeks, free of charge.

collapsedshowHow to complete and pay for your booking
  • We need a 20% non-refundable deposit two weeks after you’ve made your booking to secure your flights.
  • Eight weeks before departure you will need to complete payment for your booking.
  • You can pay by credit card, debit card or bank transfer.
collapsedshowMaking changes to your booking
  • Before your tickets have been issued, you can change your travel dates or upgrade to the next travel class if available, for an extra charge.
  • Once the tickets have been issued you can still request a name change at a fee of £30 each. However, exceptions apply by country, so please contact us for more information.

Individual details needed for your booking

Once you have completed your booking we will need names and Advance Passenger Information (API) for all group members at least two weeks before departure. The details we require are dependent on the countries you are travelling to or from.
