| A | You must book and fly a full fare longhaul return flight in Club World (booking class J2BA only), on BA mainline services, BA CitiExpress flights BA1503/BA1502 or on British Mediterranean flights. No flight on any other
codeshare or alliance airline qualifies for this offer. All travel must start and finish
in the UK or Republic of Ireland. All tickets must be purchased and ticketed in the UK or Republic of Ireland.
You must quote your Executive Club number at the time of booking and also at
check-in for both outbound and return sectors of your journey to take advantage of
this offer and to also qualify for the Points and BA Miles that you will be awarded
for flying Club World.

| Q | How will I know I have qualified? |
| A | You will only be notified by email. So, as long as you have given us your email address we will email you within 7 days of your qualifying flight. Please check that we have the right email address by checking your account details at www.ba.com/execclub.

| Q | I work for a corporate that has a negotiated corporate fares policy - will I still qualify for the offer? |
| A | Negotiated corporate fares, or 'nett' fares, do NOT qualify for the offer. Only fare basis J2BA qualify for the offer.

| Q | How long do I have to qualify for the offer? |
| A | You will have to book and travel between 6 February 2003 to 30 April 2003. Both inbound and outbound travel must be completed within this promotional period.

| Q | Which booking classes count as a qualifying flight? |
| A | A qualifying flight is a full fare return on BA mainline services and British Mediterranean flights in Club World - booking class J2BA only or BA CitiExpress flights BA1503/BA1502 (booking class J3BAMAN). Corporate nett fares (in booking class J) are not included in this offer.

| Q | Can I travel on franchise, codeshare, alliance or partner airlines to qualify? |
| A | Travel on BA CitiExpress flights BA1503/BA1502 and on British Mediterranean flights will enable you to qualify. No flight on any other codeshare or alliance airline qualifies for this offer.

| Q | How do I book my qualifying flight? |
| A | You can book through the normal channels, i.e. through a travel agent, by calling your dedicated Executive Club number or through BA Travel Shops. This offer is not available for bookings made online.

| A | Yes. Each time you book a qualifying flight you can qualify for a pair of Club Europe tickets providing travel is completed during the promotional period. You may book up to three pairs of Redemption Tickets together.

| Q | Am I still eligible for Points and BA Miles on my qualifying flight? |
| A | Providing you are a member of the UK&I Executive Club and your Executive Club Number is added to your booking you will be awarded Points and BA Miles for the Club World cabin.

| A | No, as both parts of your journey need to booked and flown within the promotional period.

| A | These tickets are redeemable as a pair. If you decide to redeem just one ticket you will forfeit the second ticket.

| Q | Are there any additional costs that I need to be aware of? |
| A | The Club Europe tickets are free subject to taxes, fees, charges and security charges which you can pay for by your normal method of payment.

| Q | Is the flat bed available on all Club World routes? |
| A | No, only on 41 routes, please ask at time of booking.

| Q | How do I book my Club Europe (i.e. Redemption) tickets? |
| A | Please call your dedicated Executive Club telephone line, quote your Executive
Card number and state your preferences in terms of dates and routes.
Some very busy flights may not be available during peak periods and therefore an
element of flexibility on both routes and dates of travel will be appreciated

| Q | What are the conditions on the Redemption Tickets? |
| A |
The following restrictions apply:

Bookings will be made in U class and will be subject to availability and capacity control at the time of booking.
- Travel on BA franchises (eg GB Airways, Maersk), codeshare and alliance airlines is not permitted except for flights operated by BA CitiExpress
- Redemption tickets are only redeemable on flights where there is a Club Europe cabin
- Redemption Tickets must be redeemed for outbound and return travel together and one of these tickets must be used by the qualifying Member
- You may book up to 3 pairs of Redemption Tickets together
- Domestic add-ons or regional connecting flights will be self-funded
- You will only be asked to pay taxes, fees, charges and security surcharges
- Redemption Tickets will not qualify for BA Miles or Executive Club Points
- E-tickets will be issued on all e-ticketable routes (there will be a £10 charge if paper tickets are requested) - bookings must be made at least 3 working days ahead of travel for e-tickets and 5 days for paper tickets
- No changes or refunds are available on these Redemption Tickets. These tickets are non transferable and no cash or credit alternative will be offered
- BA accepts no responsibility should a member be unable to utilise this offer during the Promotional Period

| Q | What is the booking and travel period for Redemption Tickets? |
| A | You must leave at least 7 days between the completion of your Qualifying Flights and booking your Redemption Tickets. Redemption Tickets must be booked between 4 March 2003 and 25 September 2003 inclusive and all travel must be
completed between 7 March 2003 and 30 September 2003 inclusive.
