Surrounded by Kalemya Bay’s pine-clad hills and aquamarine waters, the Hillside Beach Club provides a relaxed atmosphere for both couples and families. This resort features quiet areas for adults only, including a serene spa and two private beaches, as well as various family-friendly spots, such as the main Blue Flag beach, central swimming pool, nature trail, baby park, kids’ club and teens’ activity centre. There’s also an incredible selection of restaurants, activities and entertainment.
Hillside Beach Club is tucked away on a verdant hillside, along Turkey’s Turquoise Coast, which gently slopes down towards a beautiful bay with a beach and crystal-clear waters. You can stroll through the fragrant pine forest or hop on a boat to Serenity Beach, or walk in the opposite direction to Silent Beach, both of which are for adults only. The seaside city of Fethiye is around three miles away, offering an old town with cobbled streets and markets, in addition to a modern quarter with lively bars, cafes and restaurants. You can also travel four miles to see the ancient Lycian Rock Tombs carved into a cliff, or ten miles to visit Oludeniz’s famous blue lagoon. Dalaman Airport is around 35 miles west of the resort.
The 330 sophisticated rooms are decorated in calming neutral colours with contemporary wooden furnishings and cool tiled floors. They are all positioned overlooking the bay, although Club Rooms only offer partial sea views. Families and groups should consider upgrading to a Superior Family Room with a double bedroom and an additional single room, both of which access the private terrace with sea views. A funicular-style lift can take you to higher levelled rooms, but the resort layout is not suitable for those with mobility issues.

There are plenty of places to relax around the 300-acre grounds. Families can spend time around the main pool, or along the family-friendly beach that’s lined with sun loungers and umbrellas. There are also two private adult-only beaches, including Serenity Beach, which can be reached by a complimentary boat, and Silent Beach, where you’re encouraged to switch off electronic devices to reconnect with nature. Tucked in the trees above Silent Beach, you can easily slip away to Sanda Nature Spa for a soothing Balinese massage or revitalising facial, before returning to take a refreshing dip in the bay. In the main resort area, Sanda Day Spa features a whirlpool, sauna and traditional Turkish bath. Both spas are for guests over 18 only.
Children are well-catered for at Hillside Beach Club. The baby park for guests under the age of three comes with a sandpit, splash park, baby pool and playground. Children between the ages of 4 and 10 can participate in various supervised activities at Kidside, ranging from piano workshops to tennis lessons. The kids’ club also offers two children’s pools, four waterslides, a sandpit, playground and mini disco. Meanwhile, the activity centre is the ideal place for 8- to 15-year-olds to socialise and enjoy age-appropriate activities, such as football, basketball, water sports, sailing, DJ courses and video gaming. Prams, cots, baths, bottle warmers and many more essential items are all provided, so you'll not need to worry about a thing.
There is a daily entertainment programme for all ages, which includes beach volleyball, archery, Zumba, yoga and padel ball. Meanwhile, stop by the fully equipped Fitness Center and train with professional instructors, or work out at the open-air fitness area. The main beach provides water-based activities, including wakesurf and fliteboarding, water skiing, sailing and diving (all available for a supplementary charge). You can also go on hiking or cycling tours, and return to the resort to catch a movie on the beach, watch a live performance or attend parties at Pasha Bar.

Hillside Beach Club houses three contemporary restaurants that serve local and international cuisine. Main Restaurant is a buffet-style venue serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. It offers an incredible selection of food, ranging from Chinese-inspired stir fries to chocolate souffles from a wood-fired oven. You can try steaks, freshly grilled fish, a huge array of salads and plenty of desserts – and there’s a dedicated healthy eating and gluten-free section. Little ones are well-catered for here with a fresh baby buffet offered for hungry tots. Alternatively, there’s a dedicated adults-only area for guests over 12. No reservation is required and water, table wine, beer and soft drinks are complimentary with meals.
At the Beach Bar & Restaurant, savour a light buffet-style lunch with barbeque options, or try a la carte Italian dishes at dinner. You can also attend Sunset Parties before dinner on select nights. Meanwhile, Pasha on the Bay is perfect for a romantic Mediterranean meal beside the sea. For late risers, a light breakfast is also served here from 10:30 to 12:00.
You can order a wide choice of drinks and cocktails at the pool and beach bars. As the sun sets, venture over to the intimate Abacco Bar to enjoy drinks in the candlelight. There are live performances several nights a week, too.
Please note that you’ll need to reserve a table at the a la carte restaurants and may only visit each of them once per seven night stay. Opening hours are weather dependent and drinks are chargeable. Pasha on the Bay restaurant is only for those over the age of 12 and closed on Sundays. Italian a la carte is closed on Wednesdays.
