Amongst the freshwater rivers and secluded coves, you’ll find facilities for all peppered throughout the expansive grounds. Take a dip in one of five free-form, open-air pools – one of which features a fun swim-up bar. Adults can unwind in their own private saltwater pool. Head to the resort’s own private cove for a pocket of warm white sands. You’ll find plenty of plush sunbeds and a man-made cove – perfect for snorkelling.

Dine on a menu blending Mediterranean and Italian flavours at Los Olivos or for a lineup of a la carte Asian-style dishes and made-to-order sushi, head to D’oriental. Hot off the grill you’ll find prime cuts and hearty bites at Sonora Grill. Choose from a fresh selection of marinated and cooked seafood at El Pescador – dine on the open-air terrace where a backdrop of ocean vistas awaits. If you’re craving a slice of classic Italian fare, La Piazza’s wood-fired pizzas are sure to hit the spot. Grab crisp cocktails and light bites while you spend your days lounging in the sun at the resort’s waterfront Beach Club. A buffet-style spread of international dishes is served here for early morning risers and those who like a leisurely lunch.

There’s also plenty of bars serving traditional tipples, alongside chilled wines and bottled beer. Stay cool in the pool with drinks from the convenient swim-up bar.
