Aeolos Beach Resort consists of primrose-coloured block buildings, which are scattered across the resort’s gardens. Wend your way beneath the canopy of umbrellas and olive trees, to reach your room. Rooms welcome you with kumquat sweets and Corfiot wine, they are outfitted with contemporary artwork, warm wooden furniture and brown or blue sofas. Best of all, each room opens onto a balcony with partial azure sea views or peaceful garden vistas. For uninterrupted sea views, opt for The Double Deluxe Sea View. Hike down to the beach for a swim or relax on a sun lounger beneath an umbrella. Unwind while slow pop music plays in the background or have a go on a pedalo. Otherwise, head to the Lagoon Infinity Pool in the heart of the resort and take a dip in its refreshing waters, surrounded by an amphitheatre of fragrant gardens. Alternatively, visit the Relax Infinity Pool for beautiful sea views. If you have little ones in tow, the Family Pool beckons with its choice of shallow areas and separate baby paddling pool. Children can also unleash their energy at the kids’ playground or join the Mini Club featuring face painting, arts and crafts, and the mini disco.
Fitness enthusiasts are also well looked after with a gym featuring treadmills and bikes. Plus, there are a selection of sports to try. Don’t miss beach volleyball, Padel or tennis (pre-booking is required). You can even give aqua aerobics a go. Once the evening hits, Greek folklore dances and live music takes centre stage.

The hotel’s main restaurant serves Greek and Mediterranean cuisine all day. Peruse the venue’s buffet, which offers freshly baked bread and plenty of choice at the designated kids’ corner. The open-air Ionio also serves a buffet breakfast and a la carte dinners. Stop by to enjoy mezze-style appetisers, Greek salads and slow cooked lamb against a beach setting. Speaking of the beach, Paralia Beach Restaurant also provides a lunch buffet with pizza, pasta and salads, and an a la carte Mediterranean dinner.
Meanwhile, the Lagoon Snack Bar offers plenty of temptation during the day with sea views, snacks, sandwiches and ice creams. For drinks, hang out by the Pool bar next to the Family Pool or retreat to the main bar in the lobby during the evening. You can also visit the adult-only Relax Bar and the Beach Bar, where cocktails and lemonades are accompanied by the sound of crashing waves and more enviable Ionian Sea views.
Please note that all restaurants and bars operate at set times and on set days, as do all-inclusive inclusions. Reservations are required two days in advance for dinner at Paralia Beach Restaurant and Ionio.
