After exploring the theme parks, retreat to the palm-fringed pool which has a sandy beach, two whirlpool tubs, a water slide and a nearby beach volleyball court. There's also a shallower children's pool. As well as sunbathing, you can participate in poolside activities, hire a cabana, listen to live DJ music or dive underwater to hear alternate music on the special sound system. Outdoor films are screened here in the evenings (weather permitting) and there is a poolside beach club which provides a pool table and waiter service.

The Body Rock fitness centre is well-equipped – with a cardio theatre, circuit training equipment, and weights – and walking and running trails wind around the grounds.

The hotel concierge team are available throughout your stay and can organise golf tee-times, restaurant reservations and tickets for events at the Hard Rock Live concert venue.

The Kitchen is a music-themed restaurant which specialises in New American cuisine and classic comfort food. The breakfast menu features fruits, cereals, egg dishes, pancakes, and waffles – while tasty dishes such as tacos, mac and cheese and beef burgers are served for lunch and dinner. There’s also a tempting selection of cocktails and desserts, as well as a weekly Sunday Acoustic Brunch with live music. Healthy and gluten free menu options are available.

In the daytime, head to the Beach Club for light bites and refreshments, including tasty sandwiches. Visit Emack & Bolio’s Marketplace afterwards, for ice creams and sweet treats. The Palm takes inspiration from a classic New York steakhouse and serves prime cuts, succulent steaks and fresh seafood for lunch or dinner. You can also satisfy your food cravings at any time of the day with 24-room service.

The swanky Velvet Bar provides a VIP vibe, with music memorabilia adorning the walls. This lively cocktail bar opens out into the lobby as is a great spot to soak up signature martinis and live music. You can check the entertainment schedule at the front desk. (Must be 21+ with valid photo ID to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages)
