Set in north St Lucia, BodyHoliday is a renowned all-inclusive wellness retreat. The property lies on a lush hillside that trails down to Cariblue Beach, and it features a state-of-the-art wellness centre, a golf academy, a water sports centre and three outdoor swimming pools. The generous all-inclusive package covers daily spa treatments, a plethora of dining options, premium branded drinks and an extensive activities schedule.
BodyHoliday is built into a hillside, bordered by a secluded white-sand beach and 18 acres of lush tropical gardens. Although there is much to do on site, you are well placed to explore Rodney Bay’s bustling shops, bars and restaurants, just two miles away. Gros Islet village is also around two miles away, playing host to the popular Jump Up street party on Friday nights. The 42-mile drive from the resort to Hewanorra International Airport takes about 80 minutes.
The rooms and suites are decorated in a contemporary Caribbean style, with tropical or beach-inspired colour schemes. Standard amenities include an in-room tablet with hotel information, free Wi-Fi access, a pillow menu and a mini-fridge – note there are no televisions. Most accommodation offers a private balcony or terrace overlooking the gardens or beach, and you can book a spacious Grand Luxury Oceanfront Suite, which boasts spectacular Caribbean Sea views from the top floor. Overlooking the bay, the eponymous Cariblue is the main restaurant that opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu features a range of healthy international dishes, as well as vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. At night, this restaurant transforms into Cariblue Windows, where you can enjoy tasting menus and wine pairings.
TAO is the resort’s signature restaurant which specialises in pan-Asian cuisine. One side of the restaurant romantically overlooks the Caribbean Sea. You can also dine on the boardwalk at the laidback Pavilion, just steps from the beach. It's here that you can try grilled steaks, kebabs and fresh seafood, or design your own pizza to be cooked in a clay oven. There’s also a buffet-style bar with salads and hot dishes, in addition to tempting desserts from the bakery. ITAL offers a unique, farm-to-table dining experience for a supplementary charge, based on the vegetarian diet developed by Jamaica’s Rastafari movement.
At the Wellness Café, you'll find lighter options, such as gourmet sandwiches, salads, fresh fruit juices, smoothies and coffees. Visit the Clubhouse to cocktails and entertainment. The elegant Piano Bar is ideal for aperitifs and after-dinner drinks, since you can listen to gentle piano music as you sip your cocktails.

Please note that no spa treatments are carried out on 25 December, and normal hours will resume on 26 December. Spa treatments are not included for children under 16 years. The Wellness Centre is accessed via nearly 100 steps up a steep hill.
