Named after the chef, Uncle Lim’s Kitchen specialises in Nyonya and Hockchew Chinese-style home cooking made to each guests individual tastes – reserve a private booth and take in stunning bay views. Savour Asian and international favourites for lunch on the terrace at Royal Bay Beach Club, overlooking the infinity pool and sea views beyond. Light dishes and a variety of beverages are served throughout the day at Chapman’s Bar – named after a famous British colonel who sought refuge at Emerald Bay before his dramatic escape by submarine in 1945.Grab healthy Japanese salads at Jamu Bar, located in an enclave of Spa Village, overlooking the lapping Straits of Malacca.

Indulge in a vibrant, interactive dining experience at Feast Village, with diverse culinary offerings from the Asia-Pacific region and beyond for breakfast. The Feast Village also features a patisserie, cafe, Chef's table and wine cellar where you can purchase wines of your choice. For dinner, it introduces diners to local delicacies and showcases the best of Malay cuisine.

The full board meal plan includes either lunch at Royal Bay Beach Club or Chapman’s Bar, or Dinner at Uncle Lim’s Kitchen, Feast Village or Fisherman’s Cove. House mineral water, coffee and tea are included.
