With pristine golden sands fringing the edge of the resort, you don’t have to travel far to get to the beach. Bordering the beach, you can also feel the sand in your toes at the beach pool. Adorned with rocks, sand and gently sloping shallows, it’s great option for those wishing to avoid the salt water. In the centre of the resort is the large main pool, whose freshwater is ideal for swimming – the surrounding lawns are perfect for relaxing with a book.

You’ll find plenty of activities to get involved with here. Keep active in the gym, catch an evening show or get competitive with a game of ping pong. There’s also darts, daytime fitness activities, music events and boccia.

After a day on the beach, head to the spa for a rejuvenating steam session, a stress-melting facial or a healing Cretan massage. Otherwise, you can simply float your troubles away in the indoor pool. Special dinner planned? You can request a hairdresser who’ll have you looking your best.

Deep Blue is the main buffet restaurant. Breakfasts are particularly notable, with lavish spreads of fluffy pancakes, crispy bacon and mountains of fresh fruit. For dinner, fill your plate with international dishes and hot food made in the show cooking corner. For more relaxed fare, there’s Cr-Eat Hub Comfort Food Corner, serving classic dishes such as sandwiches, burgers and salad. Meanwhile, sweet tooths will be satisfied at Thea’s Coffee, Pastry & Gelateria which displays a wide selection of coffees, teas, ice creams and pastries. Otherwise, you can grab a fresh sandwich, fragrant coffee and a sweet treat at Grab N’ Go.

Take a seat at Glaros Greek for authentic Greek cuisine. Taste crisp white wine and refreshing Greek salad and feel the warm Mediterranean breeze – white tables, blue table settings and azure sea views complete the aesthetic.

At Italian restaurant Al Fresco the sea views are spectacular, the ambience is cosy, and the food is homely. For lunch and dinner, pasta is whipped up with creamy sauces, pizza is cooked to perfection in a traditional stone oven and wine is poured effortlessly. Perch on the luxurious burgundy banquette and marvel at the magnificent Mediterranean views.

Taking inspiration from further afield, Yuni Ko Asian Restaurant specialises in Asian food. This stylish restaurant has a sophisticated ambience with muted wood decor and atmospheric lighting. The menu includes sushi, Asian favourites and eclectic specials.

Feeling indulgent? The Wine Cellar Fine Dining lets you taste gourmet cuisine within a wine cellar. Exposed brick, arched ceilings and walls filled with bottles make for a romantic setting. Plus, with just a few tables it feels intimate – perfect for a romantic dinner.
