This resort provides a great value for money, all-inclusive option, favoured by single travellers and couples alike. Families with older children, over the age of 12, are also welcome. Although the resort is starting to look a little dated, it has a simple charm about it and an enviable location.
Hawksbill Resort is set in 37 acres of landscaped tropical gardens which curve around four private bays, each offering white sandy beaches. Antigua's capital, St John's, is located nearby and is home to a range of shops, banks, pharmacies and supermarkets.
The resort's accommodation is divided between garden bungalows and rooms. The rooms are basic but spacious and feature en suite shower rooms, ceiling fans and a private terrace or balcony. On top of this, most rooms offer sea views. Beachfront Club rooms provide Wi-Fi access and air conditioning.

There is a lovely beachside swimming pool to relax by, in addition to the four beaches. Or you can book a beauty treatment at the small Wellness Cottage. If you're looking for something a little more active, there's tennis or a choice of water sports including Hobie Cats, snorkelling and paddle boats included as part of your all-inclusive package. Some additional water sports such as pedaloes and Sunfish sailing will be charged at a local rate.
Wi-Fi access is available in the lobby, restaurants and bars, and in the Beachfront Club rooms (other rooms do not offer Wi-Fi).

There are two restaurants and bars at Hawksbill. The Tamarind Tree is an informal open-air restaurant serving local and international cuisine, buffet style or occasionally a la carte dinners (some items incur a charge). This is where breakfast is served daily too. Sea Grapes Bar and Grill serves refreshing drinks and light lunches by the beach. There is also a weekly beach barbecue. The Tamarind Bar is friendly and informal and hosts the hotel's evening programme of entertainment.

Please note that the dining dress code is smart casual. Shorts are not permitted in the evening dining areas, except on Barbeque nights.
