Cancun’s peak season is from December through to April. Luckily the weather is fantastic year round so expect to save money on flights and accommodation if you travel outside of those months. Once you touch down in Cancun airport, you’ll be around 20 km from the main hotel zone. Catch a taxi from the terminal building to arrive at your beachside accommodation in around 20 minutes. Alternatively, a number of shuttle services are available and can be easily arranged at the airport or by your hotel.
