Dining at Gili Lankanfushi is superb, with the setting being as memorable as the cuisine. Serving nutritional and locally sourced dishes, Kashiveli Restaurant offers smoothies, juices and fresh fruit plates for breakfast, alongside traditional Maldivian cuisine and international favourites. There’s also a cold room, adding premium cold cuts, artisan cheeses and homemade chocolate to the breakfast selection. Kashiveli is home to four themed nights, where you can experience the flavours of India, an Asian street market, a Mediterranean spice souk and a Maldivian seafood grill. The Gili Culinary Journey is also available three nights per week here, where you can explore the cuisine of nine cities, dining on dishes such as Antalyan salads and Rendang Curry.

When you’re relaxing by the pool, Fini Foni provide snacks and refreshments. On the lagoon, Overwater Bar offers salads, Mediterranean dishes and evening drinks. For Japanese-inspired fine dining for dinner, head to By the Sea for sushi, sashimi and sake for dinner, accompanied by ocean views. To taste and learn about wines from around the world, the hotel’s underground wine cellar houses over 500 varieties of wine.

Half board includes breakfast and dinner and full board includes breakfast lunch & dinner. Drinks are excluded from the meal plans and will be charged in full. In-villa orders are subject to a surcharge per tray. Breakfast is served at Kashiveli restaurant though a la carte selections are chargeable. Lunch for full board guests is a set three course menu at the Overwater Bar. If you’d like to have lunch in another restaurant a USD 45 per person meal credit applies, any additional costs will be chargeable. Dinner is served from 19:30 to 22:30 and includes a Gili Culinary Journey set menu on Monday, Thursday and Saturday (excluding premium items from the menu), as well as theme nights on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. If you wish to choose items from the a la carte menu at Kashiveli Restaurant, in-villa dining, items from Overwater Bar, Teppanyaki or By the Sea, or a destination dining experience, you’ll receive a credit of USD 100 per person per dinner period (any extra costs will be charged to your guest account).
