You’ll find a sweeping buffet breakfast spread laid-out each and every morning, as well as a seasonal all-day dining menu – ideal for a quick pre-show meal or leisurely late-night bite. Order house favourites from the bar or sip on something classic like an Old Fashioned. A refined list of fine wines and draft beers pair perfectly with the American Bistro style light bites. The menu might be a little pricey, but get a taste by ordering the ‘UK Prescription’ cocktail – made with a dash of house honey-ginger harvested atop the hotel.
