Serving breakfast and dinner daily, restaurant Alios Ilios is situated next to the infinity pool. The restaurant sources local ingredients from Santorini, the Cyclades Islands and Crete and produces high-end gourmet dishes with a wide range of flavours. Try the home-made desserts and don’t miss out on the home-made ice cream that is available every day at the restaurant. Head east to the Akratos Poolside Bar and indulge your senses with the amazing sea view, cocktails with botanicals from the resort gardens, and light, fresh snacks.

In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19) housekeeping and turndown service will be available on request only. Restaurants and bars will operate at limited capacity, reservations are required, and breakfast will be served a la carte, or via room service at no additional cost. Reservations are required for the fitness centre. Anassa Spa will provide treatments only – the indoor pool, steam bath, cryotherapy chamber, sauna and outdoor gazebo will remain closed until further notice.
