Spend your days on the private beach, which stretches over 200 metres along the coast. The champagne-toned sand, turquoise waters, and sprawling palm trees create an idyllic setting for relaxation and there are plenty of sun loungers and thatched, tiki umbrellas here. There’s also the opportunity to try a range of complimentary, non-motorised water sports such as snorkelling, kayaking and paddleboarding.

Perched on the cliffside, The Ocean Spa is close to the beach, set on a wooden promontory. It offers a saltwater sea bath and a rainforest shower – all of which can be used before a treatment. The spa menu includes a wide variety of therapies which use locally sourced products by Island Ritual. Indulge in signature tropical body scrubs or seaweed treatments, as you listen to the soothing rhythm of crashing waves.

If you feel active, schedule a yoga or circuit training session with the spa receptionist or make use of the exercise room which is outfitted with an exercise bike, stair climber, treadmill, and free weights. Otherwise, you can enjoy a scenic garden tour, play croquet, catch a movie on the beach, or ask the reception to organise a complimentary game of tennis nearby.

Begin your day with a delightful a la carte breakfast, which can be served on your private balcony or at Sea Shanty, which overlooks the bay. The full menu lists traditional favourites and popular local dishes.

By lunchtime, you’ll be ready to refuel at Teddy's Beach Grill, which serves fresh, Caribbean inspired dishes in a locally beachfront setting. You can also enjoy high tea each day, which comprises a selection of complimentary cakes and sandwiches, served on the scenic cocktail terrace.

As the sun begins to set, relish drinks and canapes on the sophisticated cocktail terrace, before dining in an elegant alfresco setting. The menu changes daily and tends to focus on international gourmet cuisine with a Caribbean twist, created by Chef Maurice Henry and his team. After dinner, order crafted cocktails from the main bar — including the signature rum punch. Room service is available at an extra charge and there are weekly manager’s cocktail parties.

The dress code at Jamaica Inn is casual elegance. Gentlemen are required to wear collared shirt and trousers after 19:00 in the main bar and dining area. Flip flops and uncovered swimwear are not permitted in the restaurants.

We strongly recommend that transfers are booked in this destination. Transfers will need to be booked as additional items, with separate vouchers.
