In addition to our free group seating, we are now able to offer a variety of seats for you to pre-book, depending on your travel class and choice of seat.
How do I book?
Once your flight booking for your group is confirmed, contact the Group Sales team to find out more about Prepaid seating. It’s not possible to pay for pre-pay seating on ba.com for group bookings.
If you don't want to pre-pay for your seating, we’ll allocate your group with seats free of charge closer to departure. While we will try to seat your group together, this cannot always be guaranteed.

We offer a range of delicious food and drink options on board all our cabins. When you're travelling to many long haul destinations, you can even choose your main in-flight meal from our exclusive online menu before you travel, giving you more choice and peace of mind.
If you are travelling in economy (World Traveller)
Choose and purchase your meal from the World Traveller menu between 30 days and 24 hours before your flight.
If you are travelling in premium economy (World Traveller Plus), business (Club World) or First
Choose your meal between 30 days and 24 hours before your flight for no extra charge.

How do I pre-order my meal
It’s not possible to order meals on ba.com so once your flight booking for your group is confirmed, contact the Group Sales team to book your meals. If you choose not to order your main meal in advance, we’ll offer you a complimentary standard meal on board your flight.
