Avios-Rolling Luggage

  1. This promotion is available to members of the British Airways Executive Club (BAEC) or AerClub, who make a purchase from Rolling Luggage, either in a Rolling Luggage store or on the website rollingluggage.com.
  2. Avios will be awarded after the customer has purchased at Rolling Luggage, either;
    a) In a Rolling Luggage store: using the unique purchase number and verification code on the receipt, the customer must register on the website rollingluggage.com/avios and fill all requested data correctly, including BAEC or AerClub membership number.
    b) On the website rollingluggage.com: customers must provide all requested information during the Check Out, including BAEC or AerClub membership number.
  3. Avios will be issued at a standard rate of 5 Avios per £1 on the total order value excluding delivery charges.
  4. Customers will be awarded 1,000 bonus Avios on their first purchase at Rolling Luggage, either online or in store with a minimum spend of £100.
  5. If the customer makes a second purchase within 12 months of the first purchase, 750 bonus Avios will be awarded with a minimum spend of £50.
  6. This promotion is only available at UK Rolling Luggage stores, including at UK airport stores, with online purchases only available for delivery to UK addresses, including Northern Ireland.
  7. Avios will be awarded within 28 days of completed online purchase on rollingluggage.com, or correct registering of receipt or e-receipt details on rollingluggage.com/avios
  8. Los Avios no son transferibles y no se pueden canjear por dinero en efectivo.
  9. Gift certificates are excluded from this promotion.
  10. If you are making an online purchase and do not enter your membership number at checkout, retrospective claims will not be allowed.
  11. All Avios awarded for purchases returned in full or part will be debited from customers account within 28 days of refund.
  12. For missing Avios that have not been received after 28 days from purchase of the order online, or after registration on the loyalty page, contact customer services on info.avios@rollingluggage.com.
  13. Avios will be awarded in accordance with a fair usage policy and excluding any fraudulent orders.

  15. Avios are issued and redeemed in accordance with Avios Terms and Conditions.
