Disney Area Homes are spacious, family-friendly rental properties, situated in Central Florida within easy reach of Walt Disney World Resort. Consisting of three-to-six-bedroom American-style residences, you can enjoy the convenience of a home away from home stay and the freedom of self-catering. The properties are comfortable enough for a family to relax in front of the TV or make a splash in your own screened pool.
These homes are situated in various residential locations, each within 22 miles drive of Walt Disney World Resort. When you check-in online, five days prior to arrival, you’ll be allocated a home in either Kissimmee, Haines City, Davenport or Claremont. Depending on where you’re allocated, Orlando International Airport is between 12 and 37 miles away.
Although individually decorated to the homeowner’s taste, the residences feature a large lounge with a TV for a quiet night in and an outdoor screened pool to cool off in. Linens and towels are provided, as are household essentials such as an ironing board, vacuum cleaner and laundry facilities. In addition, a complimentary Welcome Pack is waiting for you on arrival containing tea, coffee, milk, sugar, cereal, orange juice, bread, butter and jam.

Each home will have its own layout and specifications, though modern essentials such as Wi-Fi and air conditioning come as standard. They may include either a games room or an outdoor Jacuzzi – best to book prior to travel (for an additional charge) to avoid disappointment. Furthermore, pool heating is available and can be added at the time of booking. Heating during the cooler months, from October to April, is recommended.
