You’ll find yourself in retail heaven as you browse the stores within the Grand Canal Shoppes complex. There are a range of high-end boutiques, popular shops and restaurants here, and your shopping experience is enhanced by street performances, living statues and memorable gondola rides on the canal. As you glide along the waters, you can admire replicas of Doge Palace, Rialto Bridge and the Campanile di San Marco bell tower.

Inspired by the Italian Riviera, The Venetian Pool Deck covers an area of two acres and features quaint gardens, sculpture art and palatial columns. There are four large pools to choose from, in addition to a kids’ splash pad, all of which are surrounded by sun loungers. You can elevate your poolside experience in a premium poolside cabana with a stocked refrigerator, air conditioning and towel service. Plus, a personal cabana host attends to your every need. You can also access numerous pools at The Palazzo Pool Deck.

If relaxation is a priority, find your way to the spa pool outside of the Canyon Ranch Spa + Fitness complex. This decadent spa sprawls across 1,2450 m2 – enquire locally on charges for use of the spa and its facilities. The spa features 90 treatment rooms, several whirlpools, a Finnish sauna, a salt grotto and more. You can book over 150 spa treatments and therapies, as well as a range of signature spa packages and join fitness classes. There’s also a 40-foot rock climbing wall and two fully equipped gyms with free weights, kettlebells, exercise ropes, cardio machines and spin bikes.

Day or night, you can spend time in the resort’s casino, which offers slot machines, video poker machines, a grand poker room and a huge sports betting lounge with a wide choice of table games, including Blackjack, Roulette and Spanish 21. You can also order cocktails in a range of bars, or hit the dancefloor at Tao Nightclub.

The Venetian Resort is home to a myriad of restaurants, many of which are critically acclaimed, with menus to suit any taste, from casual to fine dining. There are over 40 restaurants across The Venetian and Palazzo towers, specialising in cuisines from Asia, the USA, Mexico, France, Italy, Greece and beyond. Most restaurants offer delicious vegetarian or vegan options, and a range of casual restaurants serve takeaway meals. Don’t miss handmade pasta at Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano, or legendary milkshakes and burgers from Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer.

You can also dine at restaurants by celebrated chefs: Bouchon, by Thomas Keller, is popular for Sunday brunch, Buddy V's Ristorante by Buddy Valastro serves authentic Italian cuisine, and CUT is Wolfgang Puck’s fine-dining American steakhouse. Emeril Lagasse’s Delmonico Steakhouse serves dishes with a New Orleans twist, while Chica’s tempting menu is created by celebrity chef Lorena Garcia, whose dishes highlight diverse Latin American.
