Set in the heart of Cape Town, the resort is idyllically located a walkable 2 miles from the popular Victoria and Albert Waterfront and five and a half miles from the mighty Table Mountain and its surrounding nature reserve. If you walk anywhere, only do so during the day. The resort is three and a half miles away from the Old Biscuit Mill (a trendy and unique eating meets shopping hub) and can be reached in a 15-minute drive or taxi ride. The Table Mountain cable car station is just four miles away, great for adventurous days. In just eight and a half miles will bring you to the enchanting Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden, and just over 30 miles will take you to iconic Boulders Beach – famous for its wild penguin residents. Venture further along the Cape Town peninsula to the Cape of Good Hope, the hour and a half drive (44.7 miles) is worth it. The journey from the resort to Cape Town International Airport is 12.2 miles and takes approximately 25 minutes by car.
The One&Only Cape Town offers eight room types across its eight floors. At dusk, relax at the Vista Bar and ask the barman to create a special cocktail, using one of the local craft gins. Soak up the panoramic views of Table Mountain, then move on to the Wine Loft; it’s home to over 5000 of the finest bottles.
