Children will love spotting much-loved Disney characters around the resort, from the giant dogs from 101 Dalmatians, to the iconic toys of Andy's bedroom — from Toy Story. In the Fantasia Pool, there’s an impressive water feature with a giant Sorcerer Mickey at its centre (inspired by the classic film) while the Duck Pond Pool includes a Goofy figure, dressed in a Mighty Ducks uniform (based on The Mighty Ducks film series). This second pool is the resort’s quieter pool and it is fittingly built in the style of a hockey rink.

Near to the main pool, there’s a smaller kids’ pool and water play area. Elsewhere, between the Fantasia and Toy Story sections of the resort, you will find a small playground with a slide and climbing frames. The Reel Fun Arcade, which is in the Cinema Hall building, offers the chance to play video and pinball games and in the evening, you can catch complimentary screenings of Disney films outdoors. There’s also a one-mile jogging trail which stretches around Disney’s All Star Resort.

World Premiere Food Court is home to five quick-service stations which are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Served in a grand movie theatre setting, the breakfasts include bakery items, omelettes, and Mickey Mouse waffles. Lunch and dinner menus feature popular fare such as pizza, pasta, sandwiches, and grilled items – not forgetting a choice of desserts and ice creams.

Throughout most of the day, you can order a range of drinks at Silver Screen Spirits Pool Bar – including smoothies, draft beers, and frozen cocktails. This brightly coloured bar is conveniently located by the Fantasia Pool.

If you would prefer to dine in the comfort of your own room, take advantage of the hotel’s pizza delivery service. This allows you to order oven-fresh pizzas and sides directly to your room (for a supplement).
