Tirana is the resort’s main restaurant serving up an international buffet-style spread for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Open for dinner service only, Caligula Hot Rock offers an exclusive a la carte offering. Here you can choose the freshest cuts of meat or fish and cook them yourself on a piece of volcanic rock. Down on the sands, the White Knight Beach bar serves up chilled drinks, snacks and shisha directly to your sunbed. Back at the resort, the open-air Le Balcony Bar delivers stunning vistas over the Straits of Tirana. Enjoy kid-friendly evening entertainment and movies on the big screen here. You’ll find the subterranean Cave Bar oasis sunken just below the water level of the resort pools. Order your favourite cocktails and wines from an extensive list. Adults can retreat to the Safari Bar, ending the day with soothing music from the resident pianist.

You can also dine at SOHO Square and savour a selection of ten additional restaurants. Dine a la carte on Egyptian fare at Luxor, try Thai at the Mai Thai or Chinese fare at Zen. Bombay serves up a traditional Indian a la carte menu and you’ll find Greek dishes at Koutouki. Dine alfresco here or at the Mandarin Terrace Bistro. If you love Japanese fare, head to the Sushi Lounge or to Teppanyaki – where you’ll find a juggle and griddle cooking show. Indulge at the L’entrecôte Steak House for a menu of the finest imported beef cooked open grill-style or enjoy a relaxed ambiance and self-service at the food court at Akuna Matata . Order Lebanese dishes like shawarma, mezzes and panini sandwiches at Café Chino, traditional Egyptian refreshments at El Kahwa or deluxe desserts from Soho Ice Cream. A selection of bars includes the Salon De Thé, Crystal Live Lounge and Fontana Bar all offering a lively atmosphere. The adult-only View Lounge is a great sunset spot, and you’ll find traditional British-style pub and billiard game room at The Queen Vic. Head to the Mandarin Bar for cocktails and shisha on the terrace or soak up the unique nightclub vibe at Soho House. The Ice Bar is the only one of its kind in Egypt. Temperatures sit at minus 18-degrees in here, so they’ll provide special clothes for this truly immersive experience.
