Florio Restaurant is the hotel’s on-site restaurant, serving breakfast in the Giardino d’Inverno (winter garden room) that overlooks the gardens and offers magnificent views of the Tyrrhenian Sea. This elegant restaurant features floor-to-ceiling windows which bathe the restaurant in soft natural light. The menu is comprised of many ingredients harvested in the gardens and orchards of Villa Igiea to produce traditional fresh Sicilian dishes. From lunchtime, Igiea Terrazza Bar serves lighter bites from the ‘Light Menu by Fulvio Pierangelini’, including a trio of vegetable tartares, delicious lentil hamburger and turmeric quinoa salad, as well as all-time classics.
During the summer months, listen to live music on the terrace with an aperitivo. Alicetta Pool Bar is enclosed in a pretty metal pavilion for a delicious menu of Sicilian daily specials, as well as fresh crudo, sashimi and seafood platters and a selection of fresh fish and shellfish to be cooked on the large open grill.
