At Couples Negril there's a host of activities on offer. Land sports include tennis, basketball, aerobics, beach and pool volleyball, an air-conditioned fitness centre and art and craft classes. Also, be sure to venture out on the complimentary Catamaran Cruise or trip to the local Sunset Waterside Bar. There is nightly entertainment from the resident band plus a variety of local entertainers and cabaret artists with a Beach Party on Monday nights. Water sports include scuba diving (PADI 5-star facility), water skiing, sailing, windsurfing, snorkelling, kayaks and glass bottom boat trips. At the Couples Negril Spa, enjoy a range of rejuvenating treatments from massages to aromatherapy. Please note that all activities are subject to change at any time.

Enjoy internet access including Wi-Fi available throughout the resort (included in the rates and in-room dining service during breakfast hours. Laundry service at extra cost payable locally, as is the Spa and Beauty Salon at extra cost payable locally. Lounge by the main pool and smaller pool (normally used for scuba diving). Grab a souvenir from one of two on-site gift shops or at the photo desk.

Enjoy breakfast, lunch and evening buffets at The Cassava Terrace Restaurant. In-room continental breakfast can also be had in your own room and an a la carte dinner service can be had on Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The Beach Grill offers casual fare and snacks, including a selection of Jamaican delights, grilled specialties and salads. In the evenings, the Beach Grill offers a simple menu until 05:00. Head to the Otaheite Caribbean Restaurant for a gourmet fusion of Jamaican and Caribbean cuisine (reservations required and this venue is open daily except for Mondays for dinner only). The Heliconia Grill Restaurant is the perfect spot for local Mediterranean dishes (this restaurant is open daily except on Saturdays) and Lychee Restaurant serves up an a la carte Asian fusion (open daily except Thursday for dinner only, reservations required).

You can also grab refreshments at the Terrace Bar, Pool Bar, Beach Bar and Nude Beach Bar. Head to the Piano Bar for cocktails or to the Reggae Bar for self service sodas and beers on the beach. The hotel's coffee bar, Java, serves a selection of pastries and coffees crafted with fresh Jamaica Blue Mountain beans.
