Food, drink and entertainment in the Hilton Dalaman: The Hiltons main restaurant is called “Sarigerme, which opens daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet style. The Finesse Restaurant serves international cuisine and a full a'la carte menu. The Citrus Bar serves snacks, beverages, pastries, cakes and speciality teas and coffees. The Woods Riverside Club and Bar offers a buffet style lunch and snacks from midday until 5pm. There are a number of other bars and restaurants across the resort, open for evening dining only. A variety of delicious menu's offering international cuisine.
Sports, games and activities: This hotel boasts 7 outdoor swimming pools and 3 indoor pools, plus an aqua park for the kids. Other facilities include; underwater diving, water sports, bowling, billiards, tennis and beach volleyball. The Spa offers many relaxing treatments as well as a sauna, steam room and fitness area.
For the kids: Kids club and entertainment centre.

There’s indoor and outdoor seating and you can pop in at any time of the day – midnight supper service is also available. Sample a selection of sushi, teppanyaki and Eastern specialties at Tao Far East and Teppanyaki or take a seat along the Dalaman River at A La Turca for an authentic taste of Turkey. Visit the colourful Alize Italian Restaurant or enjoy seafood at the peaceful Vela Riverside Fish Restaurant. An a la carte menu of exquisite aromatic dishes from India is prepared at Finesse Indian Restaurant. Meanwhile, a varied dinner menu is served at Vento Barbeque a la carte restaurant. Please note a la carte restaurants come at an additional charge. Plus, you can enjoy food and beverage room service 24-hours a day (at an additional charge).
For light bites, the traditional Gözleme House serves gozleme flatbreads packed with flavourful fillings, or head to Vento Bistro & Bar for barbecue, wraps, burgers and salads. Poolside, pick up a snack at the Breeze Snack Restaurant, while sweet treats are provided at Citrus Patisserie and Bar.
There’s plenty of bars to cool off with an ice-cold drink including Rouge Roof Bar – a great spot to admire the stunning views – and Elysion Spa Vitamin Bar, to recharge with a freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juice. For a chilled vibe, head to the Beach Bar or Pianoforte Bar in the evening to enjoy a relaxing cocktail to the sounds of the piano.
