There’s a huge choice of facilities and activities packed into Resort & SPA Le Dune, so keep an eye out for the ‘Dune Point’, located within Hotel Le Palme (Piazzetta dei Fichi), in the centre of the resort. This is the information point where you can learn more about the activities on offer and visit the diving office, as well as browse shops and enjoy the games arcade.

Six pools in total are spread across the five resorts. In Hotel I Ginepri and Hotel Le Rocce, you’ll find one pool in each, two pools are at Hotel Le Palme (one is for children) and there is a pool exclusively for guests at Hotel Le Sabine and Hotel La Duna Bianca. There’s another children’s pool too, found in the Villaggio Fantasia. Catch an electric car just beyond the entrance to the resort (next to Hotel I Ginepri) and breeze to the beach. Here, sunbeds and umbrellas await (additional charges apply except for guests staying at La Duna Bianca).

Located by the sand dunes, Villaggio Fantasia entertains children with a fairy tale theme. For ages three to four, a baby club offers childminding, while the mini club allows five to eight year-olds to immerse themselves in a ‘playing by learning’ concept – where they can garden with organic vegetables and bird watch. A junior club entertains ages 9 to 13 with sports and themed parties, and teens from 14 to 17 can join archery and group sports. The whole family can also enjoy a range of evening entertainment, including musical and theatrical shows in the central square or at the amphitheatre.

For adults, Le Sabine Spa is tucked away among the sand dunes and is home to freshwater outdoor pools and a whirlpool, surrounded by greenery, as well as a Turkish bath, relaxation area, a menu of treatments and a fitness centre (charges apply to access the spa, treatments and fitness centre). If you’re feeling active there are yoga classes in the dunes, four tennis courts, two synthetic courts, archery, mini basketball and a five-a-side football pitch. You can also enjoy padel ball for an additional charge.

Ten restaurants across the resort showcase Mediterranean cuisine, with one catering exclusively to little ones. Nautilus, Pomodoro, Alla Spiaggia (open for lunch only) and Carrimbanca each offer buffet meals, with an emphasis on different highlights of Mediterranean cuisine – including fried seafood specialities or authentic Sardinian dishes. Woodfired oven pizzas are on the menu at Li Junchi, and the youngest guests can enjoy children’s meals at the Peter Pan restaurant, located in the baby and mini club. You’ll also find a Mediterranean buffet at Il Leccio (reservation required, additional charge) - this eatery is complimentary for guests of Hotel Le Sabine and Hotel La Duna Bianca. You can also dine at Romantico, Scorfano and Il Tramonto.

There are six bars across the resort, too, as well as a homemade ice cream shop.

The half board plan includes breakfast at a dedicated restaurant, depending on which hotel you’re staying at. If you’re staying at Hotel I Ginepri it is served at Nautilus. If you’re staying at Hotel Le Palme you’ll eat at Il Pomodoro. If you’re staying at Hotel Le Rocce it will be served at Romantic, and if you’re staying at Hotel Le Sabine breakfast will be at Il Leccio. Dinner can be enjoyed at a choice of restaurants across the resort, three of which incur additional charges. You may also swap dinner for a ‘Brunch Mediterraneo’ at Nautilus or Alla Spiaggia, where you can tuck into a range of hot pasta dishes, light cold dishes, fruits and local cheese. Tempio water from Tempio Pausania is included during mealtimes; other drinks are not included.
