How to collect Avios with Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts

  1. Make sure you provide your Executive Club membership number when you make a booking and membership card upon check-in at the hotel.
  2. The Executive Club number quoted and name must match what is held in your membership profile.
  3. Please keep all copies of your original receipts until your Avios are credited to your account.
  4. If your Avios do not appear within eight weeks please submit your claim via our partner claim form. Please note that you have to be logged in as an Executive Club Member to view this form.
