British Airways will re-issue the ticket for you and create EMD for residual amount. This EMD is non-refundable and can only be used as payment towards future transportation not any ancillary service. Any residual value EMD ('credit' given under this policy) will have validity until 30th September 2023.
EMD must be used and travel must be completed by 30th September 2023.

It is the responsibility of the IATA ticketing agent to complete this form and in doing so agrees to grant British Airways the authority to reissue the travellers ticket in accordance with the details provided.

We will respond to your request within 48hrs (during office hours) and confirmation of re-issued ticket and EMD RSVT will be advised in the PNR through SSR message.
