You’ll see changes at every step of the journey when you fly with us, with new protective measures on the ground and in the air. Your safety remains at the heart of everything we do.

Things to remember

 Check in with our app or online and download up to eight boarding passes.
 Keep your details up to date here in case we need to get in touch.
 We require you to wear your face mask at all times, as a guide one mask lasts four hours so please bring enough for your journey.
 Try to keep hand baggage to a minimum so it’s easier to move through the airport.
 You’ll be offered a new food service which will reduce physical contact with our crew.
 Special meals, including children’s meals, are available to order in advance. Please bring your own food if required. Normal restrictions apply.
 Do not travel and follow public health guidance if you’ve experienced symptoms of COVID-19.
 Arrive 3 hours before long-haul and 2 hours before short-haul flights. Check local airport website for information.
