Dining information
Island Brasserie is the resort’s signature restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. It also offers a classic steakhouse experience featuring choice cuts from around the globe, locally caught seafood and decadent desserts. You'll also find displays of Pan Am's one-of-a-kind Sky Club murals, depicting the world's major ports of the 1880's in the unique style of Eurasian artist Gerard Henderson. Tucker's Bar is adjacent and serves rum inspired classic cocktails and Bermuda favourites made from the finest spirits. You can also enjoy light snacks paired with their expertly crafted cocktails. Sul Verde offers stunning views of the Tucker’s Point Golf Course to accompany a selection of special dishes from unique regions in Italy. Striving to deliver the most authentic taste, chefs seek out ingredients from each Italian region, and combine them with fresh local products from Bermuda. Italian chefs have developed the perfect pizza dough following the recipe from the Neapolitan tradition of 'verace' where pizzas are thin and crispy in the centre with a puffed crusty 'cornicione' on the outside. Cheese aficionados will enjoy the house made mozzarella and creamy burrata served alongside classic antipasti and house-infused grappas. The Bar at Sul Verde offers a cozy pub-style alternative to fine dining, featuring a selection of fine Italian wines as well as refreshing classics from an Aperol Spritz to the signature Negronina, a riff on the classic Negroni. An ideal location for a quick meal after a round of golf, or for enjoying a cocktail and light bite by the fireplace. While The Beach Club Restaurant is open seasonally from March to October, overlooking the pink sands and delivering coastal fare to match with its selection of the finest local and imported seafood paired with refreshing drinks.
