For gourmet dining, there’s the Michelin-starred Fiola @Dopolavoro Venezia restaurant. Only open for dinner, the restaurant menu incorporates the market’s freshest daily produce; and standout dishes include Fiola lobster ravioli, soft-shell crabs from the Venetian lagoon and vanilla fried pastry with cream and Corbezzolo honey.
