Any persons entering Shangri-La, Sydney agrees to comply with the following “Conditions of Entry” .

All Patrons attending this licensed premises shall;

• Be refused entry if they display signs of illness

• Be requested to leave should they display signs of illness after entry

• Adhere to social distancing as required including at entry and exit points or where markings are in place

• Comply with any request to relocate due to patron number restrictions in any area

• Comply with reasonable directions from staff

Failure to comply with any or all of these conditions may constitute an offence under the Public Health Order and the licensee, their staff or agents reserve the right to remove from the premises any patron not adhering to these conditions under Section 77 of the Liquor Act 2007.

Operating hours for Altitude Restaurant and Blu Bar on Level 36 may vary during the Festive Season and on Public Holidays.

The valet parking fee is AUD 135 per day for vehicles over 82.6 inches (2.1 meters) high.

Please note that Rollaway beds over NYE will be charged at $300 per night and $500 for Horizon Club Rooms and all Suites.

A 1.5% credit card surcharge is applicable for all credit card transactions.

We require a credit card pre-authorisation or a prepayment of the full accommodation amount plus AU$145 per night for incidentals, for a guest to be able to check in to the hotel.
