Six Seven features seasonally inspired cuisine crafted with only the freshest and finest organic and naturally raised ingredients. Signature dishes include Dungeness Crab and Shrimp Cake with Lobster Lemongrass sauce and Tomato Jam or Grass Fed Rack of Spring Lamb with pistachio montrachet crust, Yukon potato gnocchi, pea fondue, Walla Walla spring onion and fresh mint. To compliment the special preparations of Chef Mackey, we have created a wonderful wine list. Our ever-evolving wine selections highlight the finest artisan, boutique and hard to find local Washington, Oregon and Northern California wineries.
