Satisfy your inner carnivore at Ember, a smokehouse style restaurant, or grab a quick grilled bite at Barefoot Grill. Dos Almas provides authentic Mexican cuisine with an optional taco and tequilla tasting bar (at a supplement). A dress code applies in the restaurants. Casual wear is expected in Barefoot Grill, Coco Cafe, Market Café, lunch at Bamboo, Dark Horse, lunch in Seasoul and the Observatory. This includes Bermudas, long shorts or capri pants, sneakers and sandals. Ladies must cover up swimwear and there’s no sleeveless shirts for men. A Casual Elegance dress code applies in Dos Almas, Suki, Allora, Bamboo, Bisou, Observatory and Seasoul.
