The River of Flowers Rooftop Beehive at One Aldwych enables the Buckfast honeybees to dine on wild flowers throughout the year. Although you can’t visit the hives in person, you can enjoy some of the inspired cocktails in the Lobby Bar. The Bee's Knees and the One D.O.M. are both blended with delicate honey and £1 from every cocktail sold will be donated to this non-profit, social enterprise.

Lounge at One is the private guest-only lounge that serves a menu of light dishes and snacks throughout the day. Meanwhile, the informal Indigo restaurant overlooks the lobby and offers modern gluten and dairy-free treats, ideal for a pre- or post-theatre dinner. Eneko Basque Kitchen & Bar is brought to you by three-Michelin star chef Eneko Atxa, serving a modern take on traditional Basque dishes in a relaxed and informal setting. Or reserve a seat at the hotel’s whimsical 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory' themed afternoon tea. If you’re just looking for a drink, you can enjoy a private screening with a glass of bubbles.
Additional information
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19) meals will be served a la carte, with single use or digital menus available. Treatments at the spa are only available from Thursday to Sunday currently. You will need to reserve a time slot for swimming on the hour, for up to 45 minutes in total. To avoid disappointment, you are advised to arrange this prior to arrival, as there is a maximum capacity of five guests able to enjoy the pool at any one time. Access to the gym does not require pre-booking.
