Overview

Set in the popular Turkish beachside resort of Oludeniz, this is a family-friendly hotel featuring three outdoor pools, a kids’ club and a health club – just a few minutes’ walk from Belcekiz Beach.

Situated on the Turquoise Coast of southwestern Turkey, Sundia by Liberty Oludeniz is located in the heart of the city, but a six-minute walk will bring you to a stretch of famous beaches – including Oludeniz Beach and Belcekiz Beach that lead towards the protected Blue Lagoon. Along the way, you’ll find a number of shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel is seven miles from the town centre, nine miles south of the lively port town Fethiye and 39 miles from Dalaman airport.

The hotel benefits from three outdoor pools – an Olympic-size pool, children’s pool and adult-only pool – as well as the Apollon on pool bar that serves throughout the day. There’s a full activity programme and animation team performing daytime and evening shows and games to suit all ages, while sports services will facilitate water volleyball, aerobics and pool games. The health club features a sauna, gymnasium and massage services for adults, and kids between the ages of 4-12 can join the mini club. Activities include drawing, painting, playing games, and watching videos. Off site, adventurous families can travel to Babadag for paragliding or drive just over two miles to trek the famous Lycian Way trail. In addition, the hotel operates a shuttle service to Kidrak Beach where you have access to an exclusive beach area.

Dining information

There are three restaurants on site – one buffet style, the other a la carte. A buffet dinner is served at Liberty Main Restaurant, which is an open-air restaurant with occasional theme nights, while Podalia restaurant serves Turkish cuisine and international dishes (charges apply). You can also dine at Aegean Tavern to enjoy a stunning sea food a la carte menu in the gardens of the resort (charges apply). A snack service is available during the lunch time from 12:30 to 16:00 by the pool bar at Balbura Snack Restaurant (charges apply).

Grab drinks at the Gagai Lobby Bar in the main building. Enjoy a social setting and choose from a menu of local and imported alcoholic drinks, cocktails and speciality Turkish teas and coffees. The poolside Apollon Bar is the perfect chill spot during the summer season - order a range of refreshments and light snacks here. Araxa Bar also offers a menu of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Please note that the Apollon Bar will close at 00:00 during the 2023 summer season, and 02:00 during the 2024 summer season. Some drinks including imported and deluxe drinks, wines and freshly squeezed fruit juices' come at an additional charge, and after midnight, all alcoholic, non-alcoholic and local-foreign drinks are chargeable. Paid, free drinks and cocktails are all indicated on the menus.
